The Thinking Dog, an allegorical figure, addresses a letter to Ray and Charles Eames, titled Powers of entanglement. It is a critic of their 1977 film 'Powers of Ten'. The Thinking Dog comments on the Eames approach being trapped by an architecture culture that keeps theorizing in terms of scales boxed in powers of ten. The Thinking Dog spends its covid-19 confinement period trapped in the black interface of the video frame. It is walking around itself and reflecting on the missed opportunity of the film 'Powers of Ten' to show entanglements such as those made visible due to the Covid-19 crisis: micro-organisms depicted in the scale of the minus sixth power of ten entangled with humanity on planet Earth, depicted on the seventh power of ten.
